- How long is the shipping?
Shipping normally takes same day to up 3 business days for ready to ship items. Preorder items up to businessΒ days. We offer USPS First Class or Β Priority Mail. The actual shipping cost will be displayed at check out. Once yourΒ order is placed, you will receiveΒ an email containing the USPS tracking number. Please be mindful that it may take 24-48 hours for USPS to update your tracking information. Kindly make sure your addressΒ is enteredΒ correctly to avoidΒ your package being lost or delivered to the wrong address. Seasonall Secrets is not responsible for items that state delivered but the customer has not yet received the item. If this occurs, we encourage you to please follow up with USPS.
- Does SS offer international shipping?
Yes, Seasonal Secrets does offer international shipping but bare in mind that the customerΒ is responsible for custom and duty charges once the item arrives at the customers' destination. FailureΒ to pay customs and other international shipping fees will result in the package being returnedΒ to us which at this point you will be givenΒ store credit.
- What if I enter my address incorrectly?
If you notice that you misspelled or entered your address incorrectly please use our contact page to notify us as soon as possible with the correct address and we will try to correct the error.
- DoesΒ SS Provide return labels?
Seasonal Secrets does provide return labels.
All orders are processed within 24- 48 hours with the exception of Holidays and Weekends.

ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We Do Not accept back items that are intimate such as bodysuits, undergarments, and swimsuits or accessories.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a thoroughlyΒ completed return item form with the details that are required; which are the order number, customer'sΒ first and last name, address and reason for return. Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned at the moment as they are final. If you have any questions concerning any items you desire toΒ order, as always please feel free to contact us via the chat box or email.
- Exchanges (If applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged, at no cost to you the customer. Please take a photo to show exactlyΒ where the damage is and send the photo to our contact email Seasonallsecrets@gmail.com. Upon receiving and examining the returned damaged item. We will replace and ship it back to you asap. YouΒ can send us an email or use our contact page and we will send you the detailsΒ of how to send the item back for an exchange.
- Shipping on Exchanges
Β PleaseΒ use our contact page or send us an email; seasonallsecrets@gmail.com. WeΒ will get back to you with details on how to return the item. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. InitialΒ shipping costs are non-refundable. SeasonalΒ Secrets does provide return labels. WeΒ recommend customers to use USPS flat rate shipping for returns because it is more cost effective and convenient. KeepΒ your proof of postage and tracking number handyΒ as we are not responsible for return packages that are not successfully delivered back to us and are either lost or stolen in transit.
- Reserved Rights Related To Exchanges Β
Seasonal Secrets reserves the right to decline,Β limit or reject a returned item if it appears to be out of line with the return policy i.e it appears worn, used or washed. If items are not returned within the 15-day time frame or If an item does not meet the returnΒ policy we will send it back to the customer or a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donβt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
