To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We also do not accept back items that are intimate such as bodysuits, undergarments, and swimsuits.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a thoroughly completed return item form with the details that are required; which are the order number, customer's first and last name, address and reason for return. Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned at the moment. - Exchanges (If applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged, at no cost to you the customer. Please take a photo to show exactly where the damage is and send the photo to our contact email Seasonallsecrets@gmail.com Upon receiving and examining the returned damaged item. We will replace and ship it back to you asap. You can send us an email or use our contact page and we will send you the details of how to send the item back for an exchange.
- Shipping on Exchanges
Please use our contact page or send us an email; email@example.com. We will get back to you with details on how to return the item. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Seasonall Secrets does not provide return labels. We recommend customers to use USPS flat rate shipping for returns because it is more cost effective and convenient. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number handy as we are not responsible for return packages that are not successfully delivered back to us and are either lost or stolen in transit.
- Reserved Rights Related To Exchanges
Seasonall Secrets reserves the right to decline, limit or reject a returned item if it appears to be out of line with the return policy i.e it appears worn, used or washed. If items are not returned within the 15-day time frame or If an item does not meet the return policy we will send it back to the customer or a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
