Shipping will normally take same day or 1-3 business days from the day the item is bought. We offer USPS First Class or Priority Mail. The actual shipping cost will be displayed at check out. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing the USPS tracking number. Please be mindful that it may take 24-48 hours for USPS to update your tracking information. Kindly make sure your address is entered correctly to avoid your package being lost or delivered to the wrong address. Seasonall Secrets is not responsible for items that state delivered but the customer has not yet received the item. If this occurs, we encourage you to please follow up with USPS.
Does SS offer international shipping?
Yes, Seasonal Secrets does offer international shipping but bare in mind that the customer is responsible for custom and duty charges once the item arrives at the customers' destination. Failure to pay customs and other international shipping fees will result in the package being returned to us which at this point you will be given store credit.
What if I enter my address incorrectly?
If you notice that you misspelled or entered your address incorrectly please use our contact page to notify us with the correct address and we will try to correct the error ASAP.
Does SS Provide return labels?
Unfortunately, Seasonall Secrets does not provide return labels, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
All orders are processed within 24 48 hours with the exception of Holidays and Weekends.
